I am BILL CLOUD Republican Candidate for Cochise County Sheriff in the 2008 primary election. Please take some time to look around.
I owe a great deal of thanks for all who helped my campaign, and I, to get as far as we have. I am extremely proud of the accomplishments made possible through their efforts. We have accomplished much and we are not done.
Thank you all!

"Black listing" threat received from husband of local Republican party leader. Apparently he forgets that Larry Dever was a life long Democrat before he decided to run for Sheriff. Click here to read the email.
I encourage everyone to vote for Norm Bradley for Sheriff of Cochise County on November 4th or by mail-in ballot.
Want to know why? Please read my postings on the BLOG and my also read my newest perspective, below. My perspective:There is still a lot going on.
Larry Dever has got to go.
Continuing efforts to clean up Cochise County by the Bill Cloud campaign:
Watch for breaking announcements for some of these items still under investigation, I believe that things are going to get very interesting and very intense, very fast:
Investigation of the FOP scandal
Investigation titled “Where in the World is Commander Hager?”This is one bomb that will be exploding and causing a lot of collateral damage.
Intensified investigation of the “letter to the editor” scandal.
Investigation of deputies with demonstrated serious lapses of moral turpitude (just recently) being allowed to remain on the payroll and being hidden from view, not unlike the Catholic Church scandals, with the attitude of transferring and hiding the problem rather than fixing it.
Investigation of deputies giving false testimony to grand juries with the participation of assistant County Attorneys.
Investigation of behind the scenes strong arm tactics and implied “black listing” by supposed Republican organizations in the county, their non-profit status and recognition by the State Party, could hang in the balance.
Investigation of conflicts of interest in the County Attorney’s office and in the office of the Cochise County Human Resources Director.
Investigation of legal actions to be initiated to force the Cochise County Board of Supervisors to perform their mandated responsibilities.Even to the point of asking the Governor to declare a state of emergency in Cochise County and temporarily taking over operation of the county.
Investigation of possible conspiracy and collusion between the Sheriff’s Department and the County Attorney’s Office, which is being reviewed by multiple Federal agencies.
As soon as someone fires the starting pistol the ACLU and other advocate groups are going to march through Cochise County like Patton through the Sahara. And just like Patton against Rommel, there will be a lot of blood shed and it will cost the taxpayers a lot of money.
Investigations into possible peculiarities and irregularities in the Cochise County computer network that may have compromised network security for all departments and hidden the activities of county employees from oversight.
I am Bill Cloud and that is my perspective.
Vote For Norm Bradley on November 4th for Sheriff of CochiseCounty
On this website is a new tab for the Requests for Action that have been submitted to the Cochise County Elections Department and to the Cochise County Board of Supervisors.
Included are the actual documents, attachments, the CountyAttorney’s Office opinions, our response to the opinions and a critique of the opinions by Michael Jackson.
What you WILL NOT SEE is any type of response from the Cochise County Elections Department nor the Cochise County Board of Supervisors because there are not any, merely internal opinions from the County Attorney’s Office to the other Cochise County officials.
There are a number of things that are still ongoing and to the extent possible will be published on this web site.
